"The goal with my work is to fill our shared spaces with art— whether that’s the books on the shelf, the brick walls of an old building, or hanging in a home. Our lives are so full of images, now more than ever, and it feels so crucial that the color we see in our lives isn’t confined to a phone screen. We deserve to be surrounded by it! Art is such an integral part of the human experience, whether we acknowledge it or not, and we all deserve to have more of it in our lives."
Sarah's Story
"I often caption my work, 'cowboys and saints' because my work predominantly explores Christian folk art and western themes. I love the idea of the imperfect and the perfect and the divine and the human. I received a BFA in illustration from BYU and an MFA from Washington University spring of this year. When I’m not painting, you can find me thrifting armchairs, hiking, or trying to keep a new cactus alive."

"Because of my education in design and illustration, I’m extremely multifaceted as a designer, illustrator, and artist and I’ve done a bit of everything. I’ve done murals, teaching, books for adults and children, editorial, and gallery work. Above all, I make bright and beautiful images about the human experience that always include a bit of southwestern flare."
